We sell our products online, through resellers and with direct deliveries to corporate customers. These delivery terms only apply to orders placed from the online store. Disc Golf Monster Oy’s online store is on display at https://discgolfmonster.fi/. Through e-commerce, we sell our products to individuals and companies worldwide.
Our online store is located on an SSL-secured website.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
Product prices and delivery costs are stated inclusive of VAT. VAT is invoiced according to the current tax rate. A VAT breakdown of products and delivery costs can be seen in the e-commerce shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
E-commerce prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. These delivery terms and prices are valid only in Finland. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case of clear price errors (eg price 0.00 €)
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with:
- Products ordered and their taxable prices
- The selected delivery method and the associated delivery cost
- The total price of the order is tax-free and taxable
- Your own contact information
- Disc Golf Monster Oy contact information
- You can print the order confirmation on paper or file it electronically. An approved order will be notified to the e-commerce administrator and the order will be processed at the same time.
We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days if all the products in the order are in stock. We will contact customers as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone if we find that the delivery time is longer than normal or if the product is exceptionally unavailable. We reserve the right not to accept your order.
We will not be liable for any delay due to causes beyond our control which is beyond our control or influence or which is otherwise generally considered to be force majeure.
NOTE! If you wish to cancel your orders, please notify info@discgolf.monster immediately after placing your order. We usually process orders very quickly, thus avoiding unnecessary shipping and handling costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
The normal delivery time for the order is 1-5 working days (in Finland). If for any reason the ordered product is no longer available, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. The order is to be shipped at once, but in exceptional cases the products may be delivered in several batches.
DELIVERY METHODS, FINLAND
We deliver orders in Finland:
Posti: Postal package from € 6.90
Matkahuolto: Near package from € 6.10
DB Schenker: Pick-up point package from € 6.90
If you want to pick up the products from our warehouse in Kuopio, please contact us before ordering.
From time to time, as part of the promotion, we may offer transportation at a lower price than the listing shown above (eg € 0 for a limited time), we will announce this on our website and other channels as comprehensively as possible. We can also, as a campaign, create discount codes for our online store.
The total amount, quantity and delivery method of the products will affect the delivery costs of the order. The e-commerce shopping cart automatically updates the amount of delivery costs if the delivery method is changed or products are removed / added with an order. Shipping costs include packaging materials and shipment handling. We only deliver shipments to Finland via the Finnish-language online store. Once the package has been delivered to Posti, Matkahuolto or DB Schenker, we are not responsible for any disruptions or delays in delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We only ship international orders according to the table below. If you can not see your delivery country listed, please contact us prior ordering. Shipping is handled by Finnish POSTI Parcel Connect.
