Putters
Putters and the throwing skills you build with them play a key role in good result on the scorecard and learning other throws as well. Compared to all other disc types, putters have the slowest speeds and the thinnest rims. These features allow players to execute less risky throw because the flight is inherently more direct. Putters are very good to practice the control of a wide variety of different kinds of shots.
Visually, putters usually have a deeper rim and a more rounded shape. These factors affect its aerodynamic properties by increasing the control of the throw and thus the likelihood that the disc will fall between the chains.
Putters can travel an average of 40 to 60 meters and skip far less than drivers and midranges.
